Growth Summit live was off the hook. During a VIP dinner, Ethan Willis said, “if your can’t change your people, change your people.” Sometimes even though it is difficult and hard, the best thing to do is to let that employee or employees go. Ultimately, it is not serving them or the company to keep them employed. Set them free.
